Level 1
24 hour cover / 365 days per year Roadside repair where possible or roadside recovery of vehicle, driver and 5 passengers to a garage, your home or original destination anywhere in the UK or Northern Ireland or if the situation is more complex alternative transport or overnight accommodation
Caravan and trailer (maximum 23ft and fitted with a standard tow bar) + Message Assist and Key Assist.

Level 2
All of the above + Home Assist
